i wonder what did your translator say, because one can't understand the meaning of this phrase, if he is not from Russia, because it's a joke based on a russian proverb - has nothing to do with "weather conditions"

是google translator啦~无论俄文到英文还是到中文，都是rui is hot！...瑞热！...于是我以为R先生在炎热的深圳受到了煎熬。。。哈哈
啊！我知道了，是趁热打铁的意思！
呵呵！好球，没错！原来的意思就是这个。但是我把原来的 куй(打铁)用жуй (吃)替代了，所以结果是一个一语双关：·趁热吃饭·。不过没有什么特别的意义。不过很奇怪，为什么google translator不认识жуй那个词。
